Keys to room stopped working an hour before checkout and it took 15 minutes for anyone to answer the phone at the front desk so we could get back in. "

"Didn’t even stay at the property. It looks run down from the outside. The only nice looking thing that matches the online pictures is the front desk. The rooms look completely different than the edited pictures posted online for advertising. Very uncomfortable and stale room. Missing paint on the doors and walls. Chips in the trim. Floor wasn’t very clean. Just didn’t feel very clean at all. We left within 10 mins and went to a different hotel."
