"The property was clean and comfortable, BUT after a day of driving, none of our electronics (Phones, computers, etc) were charged the next morning as none of the outlets in the room worked. They looked like they were charging when plugged in, but during the night, turned off and none had charged the next morning. FRront desk was not helpful, just gave me the manager's card and to call her. No, we didn't call her as the front desk said there was nothing they could do as the room was...

"The advertised amenities didn’t match the property. The swimming pool shown on Expedia was not available at the hotel. Additionally, the air-conditioning in our initial room was non-functional. When we requested a room change, the staff accommodated us promptly, though they expressed surprise at the issue, insisting the room had never presented problems before. While management was ultimately helpful in relocating us, the initial dismissal of our concern was disappointing."
