"Super easy and quick check in/out. Room and furnishings are updated and everything was super clean! Ice cold air conditioning. Comfortable Sleep Number bed in our king suite! Coffee maker wouldn’t brew, not a huge issue at all. Everything was excellent, highly recommend!"

"The room was very clean and updated. The towels were plentiful and thick. The pool and sauna were lovely; the gym facilities were great as well. Laundry on site was convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious mix of fresh baked goods and some fruit options which I was more than happy with. I love sweets but my partner is a very healthy eater. He only had coffee and a banana, so he found the selection less appealing. Would definitely stay again."

"The receptionist was VERY nice and helpful when we checked in. We enjoyed our stay until 5:30 the next morning when the trash truck arrived very loudly outside our window. It was loud and continuous. Then we went to breakfast and the lady who served the breakfast (I didn’t get her name) got very upset because someone had dropped a lot of crumbs on the floor. She said about 5 times “you are freaking kidding me”!! She then proceeded to slam the tables and chairs around to be able to clean. They...

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Innsbruck. The rooms are updated, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our favorite thing was sitting in the adirondak chairs down by the babbling stream every morning and evening."
