We would need fresh towels daily cause they on my give 2 towels. And the shower floods because of the slanted shower floor. Room service staff was rude on several occasions. I noticed that when ordering over the phone they place orders for the more expensive item when there’s 2 of the same items."

After 2 previous failed hotel attempts in Ankara, due to strong cigarette smoke/smell in my rooms, I found Warwick and saw they were “smoke-free”.
