"Very clean, presentable hotel. Extremely hot room with no air conditioning meant we got very little sleep on a warm day in London. When we got back at midnight, the spotlights in the room turned on automatically and none of our light switches were functional to turn them off (or any other lights on) As guided during check-in, we contacted via WhatsApp but nobody answered. "Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison. 10/10 all around."

"A 10 walk max to 2 tube station with shopping on the way. The studio was perfect for the family as my kids didn't need to share a bed! Our studio was in the basement which was a bit of a shock when we checked in. It turned out to be probably the best place to be during the the heat as it offered cross ventilation and was cool after a long days being out and about in London. Would definitely stay again."
