"The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. When we first entered the room we did notice it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well or it had been a while since guests had stayed in that room. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bathroom needed some cleaning also. More Handicapped parking spots would definitely be a plus. The amenities were great. And the 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a very big plus. Besides the room needing some cleaning and the parking everything was great."

"We stay here each time we have medical appts in Jacksonville OR have to catch early flights. Approx 15 min from JAX International airport and River City Marketplace (shopping and eating).
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy! Plus they have a recliner in each room which is great for my husband since he has to be elevated for breathing purposes while sleeping.
They will charge a $100 redundable incident / damage charge, but ive had no problems having it refunded each...

"We have stayed at this property on different occasions and until this last stay had no complaints. I found the room organized but every surface and floor sticky and dirty. Bathroom didn't look that clean either. Upholstery of sofa and chairs stained. After a very long day at FSU came back to find room undone and front desk staff telling me they only offer housekeeping every 4 days of your stay?? They don't even take out the garbage or put clean towels. Gym is nice but very basic.

"Pros:
Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was well stocked with everything you would need
Room was clean and bed was very comfy
Cons:
Bathroom sink did not drain properly. It was backed up and hair came back up the drain that belonged to previous occupant. We had to brush our teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink.
All the towels had a lot of lint which stuck to our skin and pajamas"
