"Checked in late around 9pm and the manager informed the clerk that she upgraded us to a king parlor. Extremely nice to do so but it messed up our bedding arrangements. There were 3 of us the first night with another coming the next night. No one wanted to share a bed with another person! So that’s why I had originally booked the queen suite with the bunk beds. She gave away our room but was able to accommodate us the first night with all separate beds. She went above our expectations and...

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We parked the car and never had to drive anywhere! Food and shops were literally along the same street, the beach was a hop across the road in front of the hotel, and the pool was the best! I picked this hotel mostly for location and because of the pool for my son. It was a safe pool. only up to 3-4 feet, very clean, and had a cool slide, too! We love this location and hotel!"

"I loved the private beach. The pools and hot tubs were great. There was a drunk adult causing mischief no security to address made us go to our room early. Bar was extremely slow with service and receiving food. Over an hour for just pizza. Waitress was very friendly. Moved our check out time ti 11am however I was locked out of my room at 10am. The key did not work. All and all it was a very nice experience. I guess I expected higher standards from a Hilton and for the price we paid."
