"Great service. Only problem we ran into was communication. Got a turndown I did not ask for that resulted in missing items in the room. Cannot prove customer misplaced items or employee theft. However, housekeeping was informed personally they were not needed that morning when they knocked on the door and yet they come in after we left. Suspicious......"

"The staff was outstanding, the room was very clean, walkout to beach was wonderful. The pool was very busy and cramped. We chose not to use it, but stayed on the beach all day. Check-in was awful. Suppose to get in room at 4pm. We didn't get a room until after 6pm. We asked for and got a late checkout after making our case. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The only issue I ran into was it looked as F the room had not been cleaned properly before I checked in, but they immediately took care of it and re-cleaned the whole entire room"

"Seating was OK. Pool and HOT TUB were visibly dirty.... as was my room!!! Stove looked like it had been hit by a car!! Bed was OK."

"We love Margaritaville hotels, and this may be one of our favorites! One thing we did not like is that there were rooms available, but they still don’t check you in until 4 o’clock! We were there on a day that was not busy, the place may have been half full. We really did love staying there, the beach is awesome and it’s a great location. The staff is very very friendly."

"Received a call two hours before check in saying our room was no longer available because the elevator wasn’t working. We booked a King suite with ocean view. Offered a king room. Looked like a barren dorm room. Not what I would expect with the Wyndham name. Stayed one night and left. Would not suggest this place for relaxing"
