"Staff were extremely nice and helpful Breakfast was delicious and the view is amazing. My flight came in late and the staff waited to cook dinner for me. The hotel arranged taxi service from the airport even though my flight was delayed. Omar taxi service was there to pick me up and drive me around the island, Wonderful customer service all around. "Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."
