"The building was an old school they bought and turned into a hotel. Nicely Done! The lounge/bar is the old auditorium. Big room with plenty of seating and a beautiful old chess board and chairs combo. There is a restuarant serving dinner and drinks. The food was quite good! Waitresses Daria & Daniella were very kind and friendly. Morning breakfast buffet was also good. Nice selection. Met the owners Asgeir & his wife after dinner one evening, very pleasant couple, good conversations. The rooms...

"Nettes Hotel, in einem der abgelegensten Orte, die wir auf Island besucht haben. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück- aber das beste war die Lage direkt am Meer. Wir haben einige schlechte Bewertungen über das Hotel gelesen wurden aber im Gegenteil positiv von der Unterkunft überrascht. Für 1-2 Nächte mehr als okay und wir würden hier wieder übernachten."

"Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es ca. 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch der Raum ist sehr schön gewesen. Es gab wieder einige vegane Optionen wie Milch, Yoghurt etc."
