"Clean and comfortable rooms. Washer/Dryer combo was great to have in room but it takes a long time to wash and dry (don't put too many clothes at once, better to run it daily). Location was pretty central/walkable. The superior room is pretty small/tight but manageable; the deluxe was very spacious and would recommend."

Our room was spacious, had a balcony, a sauna and a fuzzy bathtub which were very helpful after a tiring day walking around. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable of the area. "Stylish and spacious for family of 6. Very thoughtful touches and amenities in room and layout was very comfy with couch and coffee table. Location was in Gion district which was lively and convenient to stores and restaurants(including Family Mart and Mcdonald's). Free drinks in lobby was a big plus. Only tiny downside is our room was facing a bar which was a little noisy on the weekend but we were able to sleep fine. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Would stay here again"

"Great location!! Easy to get to from the train station. The market was next door for quick waters and snacks. The river was so close and the Nishi market (spelling might be wrong) just 15 min walk. Gion was close and we did a night tour. The hotel was easy to get everywhere!! The space was bigger than our Asakusa Minn and the bathtub was HUGE!! We took a bath to rest after 20k steps!!"
