"Our stay at Tokyu stay hotel was great! I really enjoyed staying there the service was excellent! We received the best customer service from M.Nayuk at the front desk. She helped with directions and gave tips on where to go. The best thing for me was the rooms were super spacious and even came with a washing machine and dryer! That was a super conscience for me as it allowed me to wash my clothes in the room with out having to go any where. The hotel was in a great location right near a subway...

When traveling with children from the US, Expedia should add that children in the US is not the same as in Japan, in every hotel I had the same problem, the charged me to change my room, and it ended up being really expensive, like the charge was for another room instead of just adding a person (my daughter is 15), when this was the sites fault not mine. "Beautiful hotel. Super clean and beautify transitional Japanese decoration. Staff is nice and friendly. Only problem is that it’s not too close to San Jo and Si Jo which is city centre. But Kyoto is pretty small. One way taxi is about $15 AUD. "
