"Breakfast menu was ok-slim. Hot tub and pool area were pretty much as expected. Room was fine. However, as in many hotels now days, the tv remote was very hard to figure out by older, not real tech savvy travelers. Parking was fine and nearby restaurants were great. "

"We booked a patio beach front room with a King and Queen bed. The room was so comfortable and spacious we wanted to stay longer. And being able to walk right out to the beach or sit on the semi-private patio and watch the water was exactly why we chose this location. I would definitely stay there again if I travel back to the area."

"The room was dirty and hotel is old.There is not smell good in the hotel and room. We heard every sound in our room from other rooms such as a water running. Location is good."

"I had 2 interactions with the staff outside of checking in and out and in both cases, the staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly fixed or investigated the problem. Although construction was going on, I really didn't see much evidence of it. My room was clean and very comfortable. I would go back again if I'm in the Ludington area and recommend it to others."

"We were disappointed we could not check in before four. They said oh you used Expedia. Not sure if we could have if we booked directly. It was $20 for early check in. We were very disappointed as we had been up since five AM the lace was empty and room was ready. But rule was 4 pm. Or $20. Nice continental breakfast but restaurant closed. Complimentary early check will be a must next booking"
