"We've stayed here a of couple times, and it's always been a good experience. Check-in was easy, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the free breakfast is appreciated. There's not a lot of hotel choices in this part of Nevada, and this is a good one."

"Stopped overnight. Our room was clean the food was good in the restaurant. "

"There was no cover on the outlet. The fridge didn't work we had no microwave and wasn't one that we could use.when we checked in finally we were told if we needed ice we had to ask the person at the desk. We asked twice and got blown off. Never got any. There breakfast was pathetic. A couple dried muffins and so weak coffee. My friend is handicapped and they put us on the top floor. Won't be staying there again"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and visited the casino, and unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. The most immediate issue was the overwhelming smoke throughout the casino. It was extremely heavy and made it uncomfortable to spend any extended time there. Service was also disappointing. Despite the casino not being busy, we waited around while actively playing machines for nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted by any attendant. A simple welcome or offer of assistance would have made a big difference. Additionally, the gaming options felt limited and confusing. Only line-style games were available, and there were no keno machines, which was a letdown. On top of that, the betting systems and gameplay options weren’t very user-friendly, especially for casual players—it felt overly complicated rather than enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel stay itself may have potential, the casino experience needs significant improvement in air quality, customer service, and accessibility of games. Our room was clean and sufficient, and the front desk/cashier person who checked us in was polite and helpful. "
