The elevator was broken and so we had to have help from a stranger to get our luggage up there. My husband asked for a different room on the 1st floor but there were none left. The telephone did not work in the room so you had to walk to the front desk for help. The ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor so you had to walk down to the 1st floor for ice. "The price was reasonable but only an average on all hotel attributes. The hotel can help travelers alot by improving food, beverage and breakfast quality as there is very little food service available to travelers in Wells, NV."
