"So run down and dirty. Super disappointed 🙁 Our server, Jessica, at the Tiwa restaurant was rude. The food was terrible and we were given bottles of orange juice I guess just to chug. She was so annoyed when we asked for glasses! All the windows were dirty, furniture in the rooms was chipped and beat up. Blonde woman in the gift shop was ridiculously unhelpful. Just not good at all."

"The hotel, room and casino were all clean; staff were welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. I booked reservations at The Juniper restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant is lovely; we have enjoyed excellent meals/service at here in the past. However, our dining experience this time did not meet our expectations. Our server misled us on one appetizer and forgot the other one. When he finally brought out the correct appetizer, he also brought out our entrees. We sent the entrees...

"The room was very clean and updated. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. I like the small refrigerator and microwave that was in the room. Perfect for a short overnight stay before hitting the road again. Not too pricey for a comfortable bed and nice shower. The Mexican restaurant next door was delicious and super convenient in a very short walk."

"Staff was super nice. This is a great hotel if you have a dog. We do not and we're not happy the dog next door woke us up in the middle of the night barking. Property is well maintained and clean."
