"Very disappointed that the pool was closed for "annual cleaning". We brought the kids' bathing suits thinking we would spend a day at the pool but it was unexpectedly closed. We should have been informed, or this should have been advertised. Instead we found out during check-in after a 2.5 hour drive. "

"When we arrived the signage to find the hotel was horrible actual stop at a door thinking it was the entrance it was but for the casino. The pool was closed the gym was very poor just cardio machines no weight machines Then tried to take a shower let water run for 5 minutes never got more then maybe 85 degrees Call maintainer he came turned on the tub and 5 more minutes, finally hot water He said that was just the deal at this resort The room was nice and the food at the restaurant on the top floor was wonderful"

"We stayed at the Hotel Chimayo during my spring break. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is older, but that’s part of the Santa Fe experience. It was a prime location, meaning we were able to walk to every shop, museum and church in the area. The room was nice, the people were friendly and the attached restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast is not part of the package, but we preferred walking to the coffee shops in the morning. The front porch of the hotel was our favorite place to sit after dinner during the cool evenings. "
