"I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”"

"The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. The rooms were nice. We stayed there total of five nights Very peaceful and relaxing in town is not very far away as in Pakwach. For some easy shopping and gifts"

"I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly."

"The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. "
