"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. "We appreciated an upgrade cabin to be on the water with a lovely view of water fountains. The fountains were turned off at 8 pm to reduce the noise which was appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a slight problem with some stove tops in the camp kitchen and the technician arrived very quickly to fix the problem. They were supplies for cleaning and toiletries and the location was excellent to visit the local attractions in Byron Bay and other...
