"Stayed overnight as close proximity to the GC Airport to catch an early flight which was approx 10mins easy walk. A nice welcome basket with lots of snacks - a very comfortable relaxing stay."

"I have stayed at multiple hotels at different airports, and this has to be by far my favourite.
The hotel is so beautiful from the front , walking into reception , it feels so inviting and bright.
The staff we're very lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern.
The restaurant was beautiful and staff ever so lovely, I had a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was delicious. The eye fillet was perfectly cooked not something you normally see done right at...

"Had a very relaxed stay. The apartment and facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s so nice to stay somewhere close to the beach and we loved watching the whales breach and swim by…
The only negative feedback we have is the TV in our apartment was outdated and we had to connect to streaming apps using our mobile phone. Constant buffering and connection interruptions was annoying. Particularly when we just wanted to chill out in the evenings.
Other than that we ended our stay feeling...

"Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Hugh, whose charisma, kindness, and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. He is an absolute sweetheart and a real asset to the team.

"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "
