"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."

"The room wasn’t ready, which was a mistake on their part. They were apologetic and gave us a different room. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been, some lights didn’t work. The room would benefit gravely from thicker curtains as all the lights from the pool shine through the window when you are trying to sleep"

"The view from the front balcony to the Table Mountauin was onde of the best parts and the recepscionist Carol, was the best ever, very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again for sure"
