"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice.
We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room.

"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. "I wish I could give 0 🌟 because they dont deserve any.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had.
The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a house that had been divided into multiple rooms, which was very misleading. During my stay, there was no reliable electricity, the lights went out, the sockets stopped working, and there was no internet access. As a guest, these are basic amenities that should be available and functioning.
