"Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though."

"First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. "The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...
