"The room was clean but badly in need of decorating. The windows wouldn't close properly and due to storm Amy happening during my stay , i wole up to wet carpets and bedding"

"Ideal for theatres, shopping, arriving by train, always Helpful & polite. rooms are clean. breakfast available as an extra, or nip to the local Weatherspoon's down on the corner. Parking free, just a short walk distance away.. Need more disabled spaces, 2 in front of hotel, none in carpark"
