"Staff, clean facility, breakfast and coffee availability"

"The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return."

"while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again."

"We left after checking in and going to the room. The manager refunded our money and said the property will be undergoing a renovation this year. He was great to work with. I will try them again once the Reno is complete."

"Super convenient location across the street from the park. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Would stay again."
