"Terrible experience. Shredded cheese on the carpet, room refrigerator was unplugged and there was a flood in the room not able to enter. No other rooms available so after they clean that up, the room was missing bath towels, shower gel, and there was a brown scum on the bottom of the bathtub.. unacceptable as all these things could have been prevented I also waited over 40 minutes at the desk to talk to someone with only one person in front of me in line apparently was also having issues. "Clean room, staff was nice"

"We stay here everyone we come to Springdale! Great staff, wonderful rooms and great location!"

"We stayed for 4 nites and was very pleased with the staff warm friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and kept inviting. Breakfast bar was very nice each morning. The price for each day and the total stay was reasonable. We definitely will use this facility again and recommend it to anyone."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sofa bed seemed a bit dated"

"Friendly staff"

"Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!"

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was good for a quick continental bar. Good coffee. Pool was nice for a quick swim and stretch. Property was nicely furnished. The air seemed humid and full of air freshener but a pleasant smell. The manager promptly handled a barking dog which pets are not allowed at all."
