"We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. "This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!!

"Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine."

"The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic.

"The staff was friendly at check-in. We then went to our room, and it was, for lack of a better word, disgusting. The couch had a weird brown stain over most of the cushions.
