"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.
The room had a very unpleasant smell, and the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud throughout the entire night. I called the front desk and was told that security would be sent up, but no one ever came and the noise continued all night.
I was staying with my child because we had a dance convention the next morning. We specifically arrived the night before so we could get a good night’s sleep and be...

"All in - great place to stay. Location was perfect t for walking around town. Hotel was clean and more modern amenities. We felt a little mislead though regarding the rooftop bar. I thought we’d have access to it based on how the hotel was sold in Expedia; however, upon arrival we were told that it was exclusively for renters. So, that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, hotel was great."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ ️⭐️
My girl and I chose this hotel mainly because of how close it was to the Ravens stadium for a 1 PM game, and it ended up being a great choice! The hotel was within walking distance of the stadium, which made game day super easy.
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, even though we were there cheering for the opposing team 😂. Valet parking was reasonably priced, the amenities were great, and our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and soft too.

"I approached the desk and was greeted with a attitude to go to another employee to check in. I put in advance that my fiancé just came back from deployment and it’s his birthday could the staff set something up nice for us. All was offered was you can check in early. The room had piss stains on the sheets and then bathroom was disgusting, the door key lock was broken. We checked out in the middle of the night. I was so disappointed and angry that the hotel was awful and staff was awful. I will...

"I am writing to formally bring to your attention several disappointing issues regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Room [326].
When I called the front desk to request fresh towels, the clerk asked if I could bring the dirty towels down myself so she could wash them. When I declined, she handed me a white trash bag to place them in, which is not the level of service I expected. Additionally, the bathtub in my room was clogged, and the room had a strong odor of smoke upon my arrival."
