"I fund the rooms were clean however the parking was terrible and the ice maker on the other side of the street did not work which made in inconvenient that we needed to go across the street to the main lobby. I was also told on my last day before checking out that booking through Expedia the hotel offered snacks which was not disclosed upon us checking in."

"The curtains would not close, I asked to get it fixed it never got fixed in the three days I was there. No wash cloths available only medium towels.
Valet parking for hotel is an additional $56 per night or walk two blocks for a lesser cost.
Staff does not communicate information to management and when it does, no contact from them. Unpleasant experience!"

"Located near lots of sights and restaurants/bars downtown and still walkable to Slabtown. Only 2 blocks from the Tri-Met, too. Beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure, and the walls aren't thin. The bar downstairs is pretty nice, too. Downtown Portland is what it is, but this location is convenient and safe. Unless the prices skyrocket, I'll likely keep staying here."

"Place was fine for a quick stay, beds were okay - pillows not so good and sheets. The shower was like a fire hose and was very convenient for the airport not so much the city. Had to validate parking every time you had to leave- not many restaurants around. You can hear other guests above, next door and in the hallways. It was an okay stay for the price."

"Quiet even when close to venues like the convention center and Moda center. I enjoy staying here it’s always comfy beds and all the amenities I need whether I’m attending work or a concert. Staff is always welcoming and the lobby is one of my favorites with lots of seating space and useful amenities like plug ins. I don’t always use the gym but I have and it has all the basics. I do enjoy the top roof restaurant, it’s got a great vibe and the rotating menu is yum!"

"I have stayed at the property numerous times and this is my first bad experience.
First after checking in I go to my room only to find the maid still cleaning it. The front desk was apologetic but I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready.
