"I highly recommend this very family friendly hotel. Staff was wonderful, the whole hotel was super clean to elevators, hallways, rooms, and outside and pool areas. The coolest thing was everynight of the week is family fun night. Friday was Karaoke, Saturday was Name That Tune for free appetizers and food and drinks. Sunday was board game night. Wednesday night is Bingo, etc. Loved it"

"The staff were helpful and professional. They were attentive to your needs. The breakfast could be better. The grits did not taste like grits. They tasted as if they were mixed with cream of wheat. The sausage did not taste like sausage. Additionally, the hotel should have lotion in the rooms. It has refillable containers with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. It should add a container with lotion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return when we have an opportunity to do so."

"Phone in my room wasn't working properly. I had asked for fresh towels and trash to be taken out before heading out for the day before lunch and it was not done when we got back to the room later in the evening."

"It's always a great stay while visiting North Carolina. It is very well staffed with helpful members and the amenities are very good. It's close to alot of shopping centers and good eats. It feels like a home away from home"

"I arrived at extended stay and the hotel staff said since i am a local I can’t stay at this hotel they only accept people that are further then 50miles from it so now I paid for a hotel I didn’t even stay in"

"The cleaning staff was amazing and super helpful! The hair dryer broke and I called the front desk. They said they would send a maintenance person, after waiting for 30 minutes I finally flagged down a cleaning lady and she took care of it for me and replaced the broken unit. They were very friendly. The front desk staff was not nearly as helpful."
