"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Munster. The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated the great location and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were a nice bonus, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "

"Hotel was under reservation but it was kept clean. Staff was very nice and housekeeping staff did excellent job. Only downside is that we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we had to take the stairs. So if you can’t take stairs ask for 1st floor accommodations. "

"Rohr’s is the best eating option on campus, but is not elevated food; for that, off-campus is a better bet. While a good stay, our party had trouble finding lobby seating to meet guests…the lobby lizards from nearby halls takeover the area and use it as their living room. If I were a student, I would as well! But this should be discouraged during peak occupancy on weekends. Otherwise, the room was great and the staff exceedingly pleasant!"

"So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review.
The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. The breakfast was soooo good! We were there for AAU games so we had a bunch of boys with us and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and watch the final four games with our whole team! The location was great too."

"You have to be ble to tolerate cigarette smoke because you can smell it everywhere. The room was clean but the beds are horrible. I had a feeling of falling out the bed because the mattress was to soft or badly wore. The room was large and spacious."
