"I don't know that I will stay here again but this has nothing to do with the staff. While we were sleeping sometime after midnight, loud music playing right outside of our room woke us up, along with cigarette smell. A men was standing right outside blasting music on his phone and smoking. We asked him if he can stop his music, which he denied he was playing. We closed the door and try calling the front desk but the phone in the room was not working so we called from our cell phone. The woman in...

"While, the lodge is charming, our room was freezing. We had the fireplace and heat as high as it would go. the room never got above 60. There was no blanket on our bed and no blankets were available in our room. The desk was unmanned after 11 and phone messages were unanswered. Hopefully, this issue has been corrected. "
