"This is a wonderful hotel that is within 10 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was delicious. The staff at the front desk were helpful. And the transport that takes you to the airport was willing to take you to and pick you up from nearby restaurants. They only did breakfast which is the best breakfast I have had at any hotel. The reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star is because of housekeeping. My shampoo had run out; dirty towels were piling up and my waste basket was...

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. The staff were incredible and welcoming- from the second you walk in to when you leave, you are greeted with a happy and welcomimg smile from the front staff! Breakfast is basic, salt water pool, laundry on site, delicious filtered water in the lobby and fitness center with a Peloton! We will definitely be back"
