"We had the best time the kids love the arcade especially the picture booth I have no idea how much money they spent but I know they spent all Mom and Dad's money. LOL the gentleman who was cleaning during the day a supervisor I'm not sure but he helped our daughter find her pictures she had accidentally left in the arcade the night before that made this experience so much better it was the helpfulness in the willingness to help us out so thank you and will definitely stay again"
"Parking was lighted and very accessible to the front door. The staff were friendly, liked the addition of the Coffee Spot availability for purchased coffee drinks, breakfast was okay, stayed 4 nights and had the same items two days in a row, would have enjoyed Orange juice instead of lemonade and apple juice or water. Rooms were clean and udpated. The carpet could have been replaced in our room. "
"The staff was as good as they could be with the conditions they have to deal with. They tried to be accommodating but it wasn't good enough. We booked two non-smoking rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. They were on separate floors and one was a smoking room, which smelled horrible. The carpets are dingy and the halls smelled like mildew. Some of the ceiling lights were going out which didn't help with the look. Both rooms had stains on the carpet, chairs, and bedding. One room even had stains on the lampshades and cigarette burns on the tub while the other one's suitcase stool was all torn up. One room got hand soap, the other did not, neither had bath gel.
The continental breakfast was ok; cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and drinks.
This is our second attempt at staying at a Super8, there will not be a third. Management seriously needs to make some upgrades. There were several upset customers when we checked in. I felt bad for the staff."
"This is a very clean and nice Inn, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The low rates are an added bonus.
I won't hesitate to stay here in the future"
"In our room the main TV didn’t work, the pillows were hard as a rock, the pool wasn’t open nor the hot tub. The furniture in the lobby was filthy with stains all over them. Will not return."
"Hot tub is really nice and they look like they are working on the pool area and it is looking good. Room was ok except for the ac blowing warm air for 3 minutes before it started blowing cool air. It warmed the room up every time then would cool it off. "
