Beds are comfy and amenities are just right for price point. My wife and I felt safe and comfy here. Extremely quiet. Very grateful for a warm reprieve from the weekend rain. "

My spouse tried to checkin while I was working - they insisted on charging his card and it took me weeks to get them to drop the duplicate charge (I had pre-paid). Different management now - sent me pre-checkin link. Spouse was able to checkin - no hassle. I thought I left something in the room and they checked for me. Excellent service! "

"Got into my room and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Immediately was moved to another room. I was very tired so glad there was no delay. Right across the hall from the first room so it only took a couple of minutes. Prompt, attentive service from Taylor at the front desk. "
