"Front desk and hsk were very friendly, hotel was clean but in need of alot of maintenance which makes it look bad. Breakfast area could use a better flow, line was thru the lobby."

"Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend the entire night. I booked a king bed on the first floor with my pets and found the most disgusting infestation of bed bugs on the couches, and the beds. I packed as quickly as I could and brought physical evidence of the bugs to the front desk, where they did not seem surprised. Took some constant phone calls to get a refund. Be wary and be sure to check every piece of furniture in the room."

"It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗"

"The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service."

I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable.
