"Got 2 rooms for 10 people. My kids had a blast My kids went swimming then had dinner and snacks. One of them got carried away on the snacks Ave got ill in the middle of the night. I felt so bad about the mess. Staff assured me it was no issue despite my offer to clean the mess myself. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great!"
"This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295 to him. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I took my 7 year old and sat in the parking lot trying to cancel the reservation. I contacted the third party and they told me they had to call the hotel and cancel. The hotel staff did not answer the phone. The third party sent an email and the hotel did not respond. Five phone calls and emails were sent without any response. We were finally able to get the hotel to answer and they said they were aware of the situation but that I did not cancel and the reservation was marked a no-show. They refused to refund my money. The staff at this hotel are awful and I will never book here again. I stayed at a nearby hotel and they were wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend you avoid this property."
"Parking felt a bit sketchy, entry doors to building had no locks so anyone could access building and door closures didn't work so you could hear doors slamming loudly all the time. Room was okay, appeared clean and in good order. Overall it felt like it was decent but not safe and secure."
"No hot water case the hot water heater broke and Noone told us also kids all night and morning running up and down the halls !!!!!!
Never again stau at one of these properties again !!!!!!!!!"
"I booked this stay for my birthday. From the moment I walked in I could tell this was much different from the Cobblestone on the bayfront in Erie. The breakfast space was included in the check in space. Super small. Pool was not at all like it is pictured. There was brown stuff floating around my jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was a mess. No food in the heated space for eggs and sausage. Waffle space was a mess. Garbage were full. I was so so so unimpressed with this hotel. I wish I would have spent the extra $50 and stayed at the Bayfront. The front desk person was nice. Everything else though was horrible. I would never recommend here. Never!"
