"Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom and room were clean. Not so positive: The WiFi did not reach my room, so I had virtually no internet access. I had to go to the lobby to access...

"Terrible and rude customer service. Rooms aren't too clean. Washrooms are in terrible condition, needs thorough cleaning. There were small hairs inside the tub and outside. Ample parking space."

"Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Jacuzzi works in the king room, but the switch to turn it on is on the wall next to it—the tub button doesn't work. My eyesight is always compromised when I arrive due to dilation drops, and the switch, and I couldn't see it. The front desk and maintenance staff helped me figure it out. Heads up: There are no coffee makers in the rooms any longer."

"Our stay at the Davis Motel was great!!! It’s definitely got an old school vibe and reminded us of traveling as kids, haha. The welcome gift was much appreciated, and the laundromat onsite was a plus. The owner, Bill, was very helpful in recommending places to see in the area. And the coffee was probably the best we have had on our trip!"

"Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine.
