Had to request sheets and pillows for our pull-out sofa-sleeper, but staff was very helpful and provided quickly. Parking garage convieniently next door, and LaQuinta providing discount with in/out privledges was very much appreciated."

"The $25 a night mandatory Sales tax was a surprise. The concierge in the front desk is amazing. They do give you coupons $25 vouchers for meal and two drinks per day. It’s tricky with the sightseeing schedule."

"Die Lage ist absolut Top. Man ist in 5min zu the Bean gelaufen, es gibt wahnsinnig viele Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, was sehr geräumig war. Auch das Bad war sehr groß. Die Subway zum Flughafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und in 10 Minuten ist man am Chicago River. Insgesamt war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind jetzt nicht Top modern, aber man verbringt sowieso nur die Nacht dort. Wir würden wieder her kommen."

"Plan on a $100 a night deposit. $100 parking. All things that aren't clear when you book this hotel. I was gouged for a $700 unexpected deposit for 6 nights. I had booked a room that was supposed to include the parking but nope had to pay the $100 a day for that too. Be prepared to automatically lose $1000 before you even walk into your room."

"We stayed for 3 nights. the staff were nice, the restaurant &bar at the lobby was good. down side was the card key didn't work well for elevator, and on the check out day at 8:30am , a house keeper knocked the doorto ask about checking out. Luckily, I was awake and got dressed up , but it was unpleasant. Other than that, everything was good."

"I liked the location. However, a few weeks prior to check in I requested certain accommodations. Upon check in I learned they did not follow up with requested accommodations. Management never contacted me during the stay to accept accountability for their mistake. This is not the norm of hospitality that this brand represents."

"Great location for walking to museums and train station. Lots of good restaurants around too. One of the two hotel elevators was out of service during our stay which caused a lot of wait time and congestion. But staff were helpful taking people up on the freight elevator when they could. Breakfast room was often overcrowded and hours of service seemed short. Hotel rooms were roomy and clean. Kids loved the pool."

"I booked this stay with Expedia for $164 for a one night stay. I would rate this stay 5+ stars as it was phenomenal. I visited to attend a concert at the Salt Shed. Parking - There was parking in front of the hotel, which is $4.75 per hour. I arrived to check at 5:30 and utilized the street parking. They offer $24 hour parking for $60. I was going to initially opt for this, but was able to obtain parking after returning from concert on the street. After 9pm, parking is free until 8am and the...
