"Easy place to stay if you are driving through and want to avoid downtown. Evening front desk clerk was incredibly helpful. We did laundry there, faculties were very clean. Not much in the way of restaurants or anything else, just the sports complex there. We ordered and picked up pizza at a place about a 10 min drive away (PizzaShop) that I would highly recommend."

"Property was very nice, well kept and modern. Breakfast had great choices and tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great, clean, fun, non-skid floors.
Could use better signage as the property is very large and a little confusing. Also would be helpful to have tools in the pool area. You had to go to the front desk to get them and as I said, the property is large and confusing so it was very inconvenient to do that."

"We couldn’t park anywhere in the front as three construction trucks took over the whole area and we’re forced to park in the rear, which was a little suspect. Luckily everything was OK. Got to the room and it was musty and the air-conditioning unit was completely rusted and blew out musty air. Bed was great. There were holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper and the toilet and shower were leaking all over. Not a well maintained property at all. The staff was wonderful, however."

"The AeroStay has aged since my last stay 3 years ago. Then it was so cute and clean that i booked again. The pros for the hotel are that it is very convenient to the airport, the staff are very helpful, and it is very soundproofed against the planes taking off out back. But — the common areas and rooms are showing their age, parking is $12 a day (at the airport short-term lot — no in-and-out privileges), and my room wasn’t cleaned in the four days i was there. In fact, I had to ask someone to...

"Stayed here before and it’s a good place for a reasonable rate. Clean, updated furniture. Comfortable bed. Really good Continental breakfast. The pool and hot tub are nice, although very disappointed the hot tub was out of order as we were looking forward to that after being in the road a lot. It would’ve been nice if the reception would’ve informed us of that upon check in so we didn’t get our suits on and go all the way down there in anticipation - only to find out it was out of order once we...

"The room was set up very strangely. You literally cannot pull a luggage cart in to the room based on the permanent furniture that exists. I was also not a fan of the tiny toilet and shower room. You could barely get in there and close the door at the same time it was so tight. The air conditioning did not work properly and the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and the breakfast was better than others, but I would not stay there again."
