"We arrived very early for check in. We were greeted immediately. ALL the staff was great! We tried to do an Uber and he/she was a no show. "BUGS EVERYWHERE!
I booked this room through Expedia for $192 for the night, so not exactly cheap. I get there late so it's dark and I don't see all the bugs. I wake up and look over to my left to see dead bugs on the pillow (picture for reference). Not on the pillowcase, inside.

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet.
