"What a beautiful intimate resort. Our greeting was personal and included a nice welcome drink. All of the staff was very attentive throughout. The property couldn't have been more relaxing. Our room and outdoor area were large and felt private. We did not have a chance to take advantage of all of the resort offerings but wish we had! Transport via tuk tuk and/or taxi were also easy"

"Had a lovely stay at Sarai. Staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had this trip. The hotel is just outside the main streets of Siem Reap, but that was perfect after a day of exploring and we just wanted to chill by the pool."

"夏休みシーズンであるにも関わらず、価格に対するサービス満足度は高い。チップを要求されることも無く安心してサービスを受けられた。朝食は想像したよりも種類は少ない。主菜は4〜5種類程度。その他にパン類とオープンキッチンの麺と卵料理がある。プールはあったが、写真から想像するよりも小さい。誰も泳いでいる人はいなかった。アメニティは、歯ブラシ、クシ、綿棒、シャワーハット、石鹸。ひげ剃りがあるとよかった。また、私の宿泊した部屋だけかもしれないが、湯舟の栓が緩く、お湯をはってもだんだんと減ってきてしまうのは残念。全体的には、満足度の高いホテルであった。繁華街に近いのもよい。"

"If they had 10 stars, that would be our rating. We had the most wonderful experience of our lives. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, that is fabulous. The staff is over the top attentive and very customer oriented. We were pampered beyond our expectations. We have never been taken care of so well. Highly, Highly recommended. Awesome experience!
