"First time staying at pomeroy. Good rooms, nice comfy bed n pillows, good toiletries not the cheap stuff that makes your skin feel weird. location is probably the best in town and hence decided to stay there. Negative: breakfast timing is a bit too late for working class people. Most hotels have it at 5 or 5:30 tops. Its 6:30 here! Biggest con for me is their Terrible coffee, personally the worst i have ever had anywhere. So I would suggest they look into making it better."

"Hotel is downtown with lots to do near by. The Bar inside was nice with good food. Parking is plenty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad: the train runs right next to the hotel. At 6am we got woken up. Every day. The beds and pillows were terrible and uncomfortable. Our group had terrible sleep all week. The Denny restruaunt inside the hotel was terrible. My Grand slam breakfast was gross and I had to Grand slam it out on the toilet an hour later. Quality of everything we ate was...

"Front desk was very good . If I check into a hotel that advertised a pool, I expect a pool or a discount to compensate. Van Houte coffee is horrible! We expect it in a low budget roadside motel, but not a better hotel. We went to Safeway and bought our own pods. We were astonished to find that housekeepers did not refresh the room on day 2. We travel all over the world and expect better than soggy towels waiting for us. The blankets were slightly thicker than the sheets. Do better!"

"I had booked throught expedia. It was a last min booking and reviews said very good. When my husband showed up they refused him a room. They had no reason for this at all. We are a respectable family with children and were in town for basketball. It was very rude. Thankfully it worked out as the hotel turned out to be very sketchy."

"Overall the hotel was mehh, my biggest problem was they changed me a $100 damaged deposit that was supposed to be refunded, they never refunded my card even after I called them a few days later to remind them of it."
