"At check in I specifically asked if I could charge the card on file that I used to make the reservation even though I didn’t have the physical card with me, only in my Apple wallet. The girl at the front desk said okay. I check out now and apparently that was not the case. Very upsetting. Additionally charging $48 for valet yesterday meanwhile by mid day the front entrance of the hotel was closed off and you had to wait on the side causing delays."

"This hotel would have been a 4+, but the shower is so awful it gets a 2. The shower head is terrible, I encourage the owner/manager to try to have a shower one time, and you will see how much it sucks. There was also no where in the bathroom to hang your wet towels, it’s strange."

"White Elephant is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. You can tell they haven’t cut corners on a thing. The staff were so kind and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

"Rome had crumbs all over the floor the side of the refrigerator next to the stove had food spiders all over it very gross. The stove top had food boiled over and running down the food that the oven not good. Nobody’s doing the quality control in these rooms after they’re clean wasn’t a big deal for me but if somebody gets in there, they could have a field day with that, please check on that other than that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I appreciate it."
