"I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. It is definitely Hilton-class, with a spacious, beautiful room artfully decorated and classy everything. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night, but we were on our way home."

"It had all the possibilities to be amazing, adequate gym equipment, a pool, and laundry facilities. But as soon as you walk in you can see the place has not been kept up. The floors are dirty and stained throughout, the gym equipment has possibly never felt a wet rag, there are no supplies to wipe down the equipment after each person’s use, there is no coin machine on the premises even though the laundry equipment only takes quarters, and the windows are poorly insulated so you hear traffic all...

"First hotel that is in the interior and not in a tourist location charges for Parking equivalent of Airport for its guests. Even some hotels revert the parking fee for its Guests or provide an equivalent coupon. Additionally the parking was neither covered nor well maintained."

"Room was nice but cleaning was mediocre hair in the tub and the tub stopper was useless didn’t hold the water at all for my kid to take bath, crazy there is $200 deposit. I didn’t due my diligence before booking, however the way that parking is set up it’s definitely not worth my $200 being on hold, lol. the housekeeping staff doesn’t seem that friendly & room smell a bit musty ac as well, like an senior citizen home or something, never again :)"
