"Very clean room, bathroom, and overall the whole building. The location is right off the interstate 40. Super comfortable bed. The hotel is almost brand new. The parking is plentiful. Recommend going to Empire Slice House nearby."

"It's weird because there are multiple hotels in one, but the signage is misleading. But the room looked brand new and everything was nice."

No complaints and we brought my mom and she too was pleasantly surprised for the affordability and location. We will be there again in August to help move in another. "Checked in late at night, (had to be up early for a funeral) front desk employee mumbled a few words and handed us the room key. We get to the room and the key doesn't work. We figured out there were 2 different doors to the room so we entered the room from a different hallway. We get into the room, seems fairly clean, but the towels look mismatched like they were from different hotels. We go to take a shower and... NO HOT WATER!! Took the quickest shower/bath of our lives. We get into bed and...

"This hotel is not worthy of a 9 rating. The breakfast was descent, the place was mostly clean, but the mattress is terrible and the TV is small. There were only 6 or 8 channels available on the TV. Just not a great place to stay with all the options available. "
