"I stayed at this pub hotel in Adelaide in February 2026 and unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing experience overall.
The room itself was an odd shape, which made it very impractical. Cupboards and drawers were essentially unusable because they were blocked by the bed, and the furnishings felt tired and outdated. The view didn’t help either — just the roof of the pub covered in air conditioning units — and there was constant noise from the hotel music, which made it hard to properly...

"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter.
Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision.
Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"I had such a beautiful stay at Ramsgate Hotel.
The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, which made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
