"The Pratt House is such a unique place to stay. Although we only stayed one night , we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were served a beautiful breakfast and had great conversation. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed all the vintage decor. Our host left homemade brownies and fresh cold water in our room. For when we returned from our concert. This is where I would stay again if in the area. Thank you so much Alan and Ann."

"Good modern bathroom. Room was basic but everything worked. Easy to find—right off I-90—Helpful front desk noticed my slight disability and gave me a room easy to access. In the morning, really really awful noise from nearby construction."

"The Grand Colonial is a great choice for a temporary home in the Herkimer area. So rich in American Revolutionary history, the old mansion is an historic relic that is kept up-to-date by its current owners. Mike was our host, and he couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We give it our highest recommendation."
