"Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location.
Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too.
Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!"

"I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was poor and only really worked by reception which was frustrating as there’s also very little phone signal at the location. Plenty of parking"

"It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter."

"Room was bright and a good size, en-suite needed more light and the shower was fairly average! On the plus side, the restaurant was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast! service was was very friendly and attentive! Location was a bit too remote for my liking but would not rule out a return visit!"

"Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. ,
The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1
Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. We had an overpriced tasteless dinner & breakfast was awful, with long queues for a cooked breakfast which was not...

"This is our 2nd stay in this hotel, and once again, it was perfect for us! There has been a change in management since we were last here, and the current manager & partner were busy decorating the rooms. They have a lot to do, but are clearly working hard on it. They are friendly and welcoming. The chef there is fantastic! He is gradually changing the menu, but all the food we had was superb!
