"There's a lot to praise at Dunston hall and you'll read about that elsewhere. I just want to point out one defect in the hope that someone at Dunston Hall will see this and take some action to prevent it happening again. "Thought the location of the hotel was good, parking was easy the breakfast and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. parts of the room were a little tired and someone had splashed a drink over the curtains at somepoint so they could do with cleaning."

"The room was tiny. The bed was small and not a double as advertised. Bed could only fit in the room by being pushed up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. Bed was uncomfortable and prevented any sleep. Bathroom was so small it was not possible to sit on the toilet! Room was situated next to an outside generator or aircon unit which was loud. I don’t believe any guest should be expected to stay in this room."
