"The hotel is in an excellent location for Earlham Park, it has a nice breakfast and reception areas, plenty of parking, and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Our room was really not great. It was situated some way from reception along a rabbit hole of corridors. The corridor where our room was smelt quite fusty/mouldy. The room itself also had a strong odour - a bit like rotting fruit. Luckily the windows were openable. The room and especially bathroom were overdue for...
"Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again."
"I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay.
I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. They had no bread left out, no ketchup left. They had 6 empty bottles out for customers to use, everyone was empty. When asked for more, it never came. I ordered from the menu and paid extra. Arrived...
