"I didn’t like no discount because the pool wasn’t in use shouldn’t be full price when everything isn’t available because I paid for that"

"This property is close to the expressway hence easy access as well as some unavoidable road noise. Plenty of on-site free parking. Airport is short drive away. There's a pool and gym. Coffee is available at the lobby. Rooms with locker, fridge, but no coffee machine. Beds are with nice mattress and clean sheets. Breakfast is Continental. Has good amount of seating area in the lobby. Staff is OK, but didn't find that welcoming."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained surfaces, dust in multiple areas, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the entire property appeared poorly maintained. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip quickly became frustrating because of the condition of the hotel. The experience was so unpleasant that I made the decision to end my trip early and return...

"The staff was very friendly upon check in. Unfortunately the odd numbered rooms are facing the interstate and the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the sound from the interstate. In fact it sounded as though we were sleeping with the windows open, which we were not. Also, the room phone Rand multiple times between 4:00 am and 5:30 am."
