Perfect location for easy access to beach, restaurants and nightlife. Bed is comfortable, staff are helpful and attentive, the cleaners do a good job. The key problem is the restaurant and specifically breakfast... it is very disappointingly limited/basic, eggs are an additional fee, and service is slow. The rooftop also lacks ambience and hotel staff is never there to serve drinks... this wasted space would benefit from having a pool installed. Other than that, I would recommend.

Super hôtel. Juste un hic de leur part. On a repoussé d’une nuit notre séjour mais avons quand même du payer cette nuit alors que le changement était sans coûts.? Problème avec la plate forme de réservation.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été une véritable réussite ! Sa situation est parfaite pour explorer les alentours, en particulier pour organiser des excursions vers les superbes petites îles à proximité. ​Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, à la fois très professionnel et incroyablement sympathique. Ils ont contribué à rendre mon expérience encore plus agréable. ​Enfin, la chambre était d'un confort impeccable. C'était un vrai plaisir de s'y retrouver après une journée d'aventure. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Personnel accueillant. Petit problème à l'arrivée puisque pas de balcon dans ma chambre alors que c'était réservé mais réactivité du personnel. Les choses sont rentrées dans l'ordre. A améliorer, l'organisation pour la gestion du petit déjeuner. le personnel semblait parfois perdu

L’hotel è in centro ad Ambatolaka, nuovissimo, con camere spaziose, molto pulite e confortevoli, non scontato in Madagascar. Anche i letti, lenzuola e asciugamani di ottima qualità. Buona la colazione inclusa, così come il ristorante (anche se hanno tempi lunghissimi per servire). Personale molto gentile, specialmente Julia alla reception che ci ha aiutato moltissimo. Due problemi: il ristorante è pieno di mosche e zanzare perché l’hotel è comunque in una zona in cui l’igiene lascia molto a desiderare, nonostante sia centrale e molto turistica; l’altro problema l’abbiamo avuto al check out, avevamo chiesto un late check out e abbiamo scoperto solo al momento di pagare che ci hanno addebitato tutto il giorno, senza però rifare la camera o darci biancheria pulita.
